Doughbeezy

Doughbeezy (Tai Carr) was born in 1986 in Cleveland, Ohio and is a Houston rapper. Active since 2010, and has won the best rapper in Texas reward 3 times. He was raised by his mother and they moved to Houston when he was 13 years old. He started rapping at the age 15 gaining his nick name Doughbeezy.

Mike Jones

Mike Jones (Michael Jones) was born on January 9, 1981 and is a Houston rapper, and actor. He signed with Swishahouse Records, then left to find his own label, Ice Age Entertainments. He dropped out of high school and started working at fast food restraunts and then started making music with a group called Souf Folk then he left and started doing solo rapping.

                                                       

Juan Gotti

Juan Gotti (Juan Ramos) was born in 1997 and is a American rapper of Mexican descent, and is a member of Dope House Record. He raps in both English and Spanish. He was born in Hillsboro, Texas and raised in Houston. He later moved to San Antonio. His Music was recorded to promote peace between rival gangs, as the result of being released from prison. 

                                               

Lil Troy

Lil Troy (Troy Lane Birklett) was born on February 24, 1966 and is a Houston rapper. Before Lil Troy was a rapper he was a drug dealer and he funded all the money that he made from selling drug to his music career. In 1988 he founded Short Stop Records and joined the group Mass 187 in 1995. Mass 187 song Gangsta Strut was featured on local radio and he managed to reach national audiences with his hit single wanna be a baller.

Big Hawk

Big Hawk or H.A.W.K (John Edward Hawkins) was born on November 15, 1969 and died on May 1, 2006. He was a beloved Houston rapper and was a founding member of the Screwed Up Click. He died 8 years after his little brother Fat Pat was murdered.

Big Hawks Death- On May 1, 2006 Big Hawk was shot dead outside of 12127 Redfern Drive, Houston, TX. Big Hawk had gone to go play dominoes with a friend and had got there before him and went around the house when an unknown suspect shot him mutiple times.

Bun B

Bun B (Bernard Freeman) was born March 19, 1973 and is another Houston rapper and i s in a rap group called UGK (Underground Kingz). He released his first solo album called Trill Og  on August 3, 2010, which received a 5 mic classic rating in The Source Magazine.

Z-Ro

Z-Ro (Joseph Wayne Mcvey) was born January 19, 1977 and is a known Houston rapper. He was named one of New York Times most Underrated rappers. Z-Ro had a rough time growing up, at the age of 6 is mother died and he was moved to a shelter. When he became a teen he resorted to selling drugs  until he learned his talent of freestyle rapping.
